Beginners Series

Join us for this 8 class series focused on the Basics. You will experience breath work/pranayama, learn basic poses and transitions that help to prepare you for a vinyasa flow class. During this Series you will focus on different parts of the body as we move through the poses, the chakras/energy centers associated with them and mindful movements.

This class is great for beginner’s, those coming back from injuries, and experienced yogis that want to slow down. Feel free to join for all 8 classes and or drop in.
