How It Works:
Signing Up for class is required: In order to attend an Online Class with us, you must sign up for it at least 30 minutes ahead of time on the MBO (MindBody). This is the only way we will know to email you a link to the videoconference, which we will do just after registration closes. New students to ZYOGA SPACE can create an account HERE
After signing up for class, here is the timeline for our Online Class links:
9:15-9:30am Look for ZYOGA's email with Zoom link to class. Book before 9:15am to ensure you receive.
9:35-9:45am Doors open to waiting room to get settled and say hello to your teacher.
9:45am Livestream Class begins. Have any props nearby and if your teacher uses music, you will receive a Spotify link in email. Your teacher will prompt you when to hit play (recommended on a separate device and shuffle 'off'). Once class begins, the co-host will mute your screen to eliminate external interference. What makes our experience different is that our teachers "spotlight" a student demonstrator so that you will have a visual to follow, if needed, allowing them to verbally adjust and connect in real-time with each student. Throughout, you will have the personal option to keep your video ON or OFF, at your choice.
11:30-12pm (or 30 min after live class ends) the ENCORE Replay link will be sent for you to enjoy until midnight the next day. Can't make or missed class? That's 36hrs to practice anywhere at anytime!
Tech Logistics: We are currently using Zoom videoconferencing tools to facilitate these classes. You do not need a Zoom account for this, but you DO need to download Zoom onto your device. The first time you click on a link to join one of our Zoom classes, you will be prompted to download the program, so be sure to give yourself a few extra minutes to get set up before your first Online Class with us! You can also download ahead of time: Zoom
AND an extra bonus to this virtual stuff... if you no longer live close enough to the studio to practice with us in person, you'll now be able to practice with us from anywhere!
